I'm a product leader who sits at a rare intersection: I've written production Java microservices at SAP, closed real estate deals as a licensed broker, and shipped AI products as a founder — all in the same career.

That depth of context lets me do something most PMs can't: speak fluently with engineers, empathize deeply with end users, and make domain-informed product bets that actually move the needle.

Currently, I'm building AI-powered tools at Birchwood Management that compress leasing cycles from days to hours and turn maintenance chaos into structured, automated workflows — validated through direct research with 30+ property managers.
